This course is taught in English with a one-hour weekly training in 6-10 weeks, depending on the exact team you sign in to. When you finish your course, you can continue your Pilates training by signing into a new course, if you want more Pilates.
You can be a beginner or skilled. We are doing the basic exercises and principles of Matwork Pilates – Full body workout focusing on your core stability, strength, flexibility and balance. Your breathing is integrated into the exercises and invite you into a nice body flow.
